We are proud to offer the largest selection of kayak locations on the Outer Banks. Our destination variety extends from Corolla to Ocracoke. We offer a variety of types of tours to meet all interests such as Ecology and Natural History Tours, Pirate Tours, and Specialized Skills Instruction. Our guided kayak eco-tours on the calm relaxing sound and bay, allow you to see a side of the Outer Banks that most people never get the chance to see.

Our kayak tours are perfect for beginners and advanced kayakers. We offer top training to our guides so that our guests can have the best possible experience and instruction while paddling with us.

There are several locations to choose from, so no matter where you are staying or what your desired adventure, we have a kayak tour for you.

We offer unique tours that offer ecological highlights on the Outer Banks such as moonlight and bioluminescence kayak tours, guided fishing tours, and we design customized packages for specialized skill instruction.

Tandem Kayaking Our kayak rental program can offer you singles or doubles, in both sit-on-top (recreational) and sit-in-side (touring) kayaks from Corolla to Hatteras. Paddle directly from some of our locations, or transport the kayak to the beach or your favorite paddling destination. You can rent for 2 hours, 4 hours, Daily/24 hours, 3 days, or all week. Your paddles and life jackets are included as well as ropes to tie the kayak down to your vehicle's luggage rack.

We are dealers of Wilderness Systems and Feel Free Kayaks. We would be happy to assist you in the purchase of a new kayak of your choice. Boat variety these days is impressive. In the fall and winter, we also have a large selection of used kayaks. We carry several different models of sit-on-top, recreational, light touring, and touring kayaks. You can also find a full line of accessories to outfit your kayak in our Kitty Hawk Kites store, across from Jockey's Ridge State Park in Nags Head. (click here for map).
